CE Mark:
The CE mark is a mandatory marking for products entering the EU market and a prerequisite for product distribution. Manufacturers must declare compliance with EU directives and affix the CE marking to the product or accompanying documentation. With VDE certification, your product meets the essential EU safety requirements.
EU Certificate of Conformity:​

To enable market access within the European Economic Area, certain electrical products require an EU Certificate of Conformity issued by a notified body. VDE Testing and Certification Institute is registered under code 0366, and provides conformity assessment for the following EU directives:

• Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (2014/30/EU)

• Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC)

• Radio Equipment Directive (2014/53/EU)

• Environmental Noise Directive (Outdoor Directive) 2000/14/EC

• Measuring Instruments Directive (MID) 2014/32/EU (Modules B, F, and D)

• Construction Products Regulation (CPR), Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011
