The laboratories of LABCO are dedicated to advance testing methods to meet the demands of modern technologies and requirements. The LABCO BTC Battery Test Centre expands their capabilities in response to technological developments such as the energy transition.
LABCO enables customers worldwide to bring their products into production by performing tests across a wide range of industries, including automotive, defence, maritime and commercial vehicles, household appliances, as well as agricultural machinery, rail vehicles, railway components, and more.
Decades of experience and knowledge
The roots of the LABCO Group trace back to 1978, when the company was founded as a development laboratory for cables and wires in Brake, Germany. In 2003, Costakis Constantinou acquired the business and gave it its current name: LABCO.
In 2021, LABCO expanded with the foundation of LABCO BTC, another laboratory adjacent to the LABCO-building, with a focus on testing battery cells, modules and packs.
This ensures that they are prepared for the speed of change in technology, and that the whole LABCO Group can adapt to new product developments in various branches.
